Contributions to Richard Ball for Senate are limited to to $400 per individual and $800 per couple per election cycle. In each election cycle, the contribution limits are $200 per individual and $400 per couple per election. The primary and general elections are seperate elections. Individuals contributing $20 or more in aggregate must provide their address and individuals contributing $100 or more in aggregate must provide their employer and occupation. Cash contributions are limited to $100. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, federal contractors and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence in the United States are prohibited. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person. Contributions to the Committee are not tax deductible.
